Carl "Denny" Becker, age 80, of Elwood, passed away on Monday, January 3, 2022 with family by his side. He is survived by his wife Shirley Becker (nee McGee), children, Tony (Mandy) Becker and Kris (Stephanie) Becker, stepchildren, Dana (Jeff) Blatti and Cynthia (Nick) Adams, grandchildren, Emma and Ella Becker, Nathan and Ava Becker and step grandchildren, Cora, Logan, and Jace. Numerous brothers and sisters in-law, nieces, nephews and friends also survive. Denny is preceded in death by his late wife, Sharon Becker, parents, Carl and Christine Becker and sister-in-law, Patty Adler. Denny was a graduate of Lincoln-Way High School and retired from Applied Industrial Technologies in Joliet. He was an avid bowler in his earlier years. In his spare time, Denny enjoyed woodworking, crafts, fishing, archery, boating and hunting. He loved to spend time camping and enjoying the great outdoors with his wife. A memorial visitation for Denny will take place on Thursday, January 13, 2022 from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. Memorial service will immediately follow at 11:00 A.M.
