Charlotte V. Durand (nee Preston), age 80, of Manteno, formerly of Oak Lawn, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 23, 2016 at Silver Cross Hospital, New Lenox. Survived by her two daughters, Susan (James) Paul and Tracy (John) Burke, her grandchildren, James (Lisa) Paul, Christopher Paul, Andrew Burke, Justin Burke, Shane Burke, Logan Burke, and Bridget Burke. Preceded in death by her parents Clarence and Angeline (nee Colin) Preston, and one sister, Joanne Ennis. Charlotte loved to cook, bake, travel, and watch tennis and Dancing with the Stars. Charlotte did not love to clean, however, she loved a clean house and that's how you get a clean house! Funeral service for Charlotte will be 11:30 A.M., Monday, June 6, 2016 at Lincoln-Way Christian Church with Pastor Jeff Robinson officiating.
