Daniel Stevens, age 67, of Manhattan passed away peacefully on Friday, October 13, 2023, with his loving family at his side after a courageous battle with cancer. He is survived by his devoted mother Pauline (nee Janik) Stevens and his brothers Michael (Rozanne) Stevens and Thomas Stevens. Preceded in death by his father Joseph Stevens. Daniel was a graduate of Bogan High School, Chicago and attended WyoTech Automotive Training School in Laramie Wyoming. A dedicated son, Daniel and his mother owned and operated P.J.'s of Mokena restaurant for over 30 years. In his spare time Daniel enjoyed a good Green Bay Packers game, fixing cars and small engines, chasing the stock market, playing the lotto, gardening, and any yard work.
