Dorothy E. Welp, age 92, late of Wilton TWP, passed peacefully on Monday, May 2, 2016 at Sunny Hill Nursing Home. Survived by two brothers, Frank (Ronnie) Pastewski of Chicago and Bob Pestewski of Indiana, numerous nieces and nephews, loving long time care-taker Kathleen Benn and dear friends Bob and Linda Davis and Yrma Wonders in addition to many in the Wilton area. Preceded in death by her parents and her beloved husband Harold. Dorothy was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ in Manhattan where she was involved in choir, Women's Council and volunteer work at the Shepherds Table. She was employed as a teller at the 1st National Bank of Manhattan for 35 years, retiring in 1989. She enjoyed working and maintaining her beautiful home and garden in "God's Country", Wilton Center.
