Emil "Rocky" Frank Sestak Jr., age 87, of Crest Hill, passed away on October 28, 2020. Survived by his loving wife of 66 years June (nee Wilmot), his children Roxanne (James) Kozar and Karen (Brian) Tipton, his grandchildren Justin (Katie) Kozar, Scott (fiancé Karen Potts) Kozar, Jason Tipton and Sean (Kirsten) Tipton, his great grandchildren Hayden and Kyle Kozar, cousins John Witt, Carol Witt, Yvonne Vostry, Barbara Ritter and Bob Prazak and his canine companion Kodi. Emil is preceded in death by his parents Emil Sestak Sr. and Helen (nee Prazak) Sestak and his best friend and furry companion "Bucko". Emil grew up in Cicero and graduated from Morton East High School. He served his country in the Navy Reserves for 16 years and was employed at ComEd and retired after 38 years. Emil was the #1 Ohio State fan in the world! He also enjoyed watching the Chicago Bears, Baltimore Orioles, Cleveland Browns and the Chicago Blackhawks and playing a good game of golf. Emil was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend who will be dearly missed. Funeral service for Emil will be on Tuesday, November 3 at 1:00 P.M. at Forsythe Gould Funeral Home.
