Frances Connell (nee Weber), 94, of Frankfort, Illinois passed away peacefully on April 20, 2020. Fran was born in Chicago, Illinois on May 24, 1925 to Francis and Elizabeth Weber. She married John J. Connell Jr, also of Chicago, on April 10, 1948 at Our Lady of Sorrows Church. Fran devoted her life to her husband and her family and also worked in the family restaurant business (Murphy's Restaurant in Romeoville, IL). After the restaurant was sold, she worked in food service at Palos Community Hospital and then volunteered at Palos Community Hospital for many years thereafter. Fran is preceded in death by her loving husband, John; her son, Mark Connell; and her brother, John Weber. Fran is survived by her children Joan Raiger (John) of New Lenox, Illinois, Sheila Slowik (William) of Rancho Palos Verdes, California, John Connell III (Susan) of Hinsdale, Illinois and daughter-in-law Christa Connell of Tinley Park, Illinois. Fran is also survived by her ten loving grandchildren; Jane Turner (Dan), George (Chip) Pearson (Nicole), William Slowik Jr. (Maria), Sarah Vrbanovic (Jerry), Matthew Slowik, Kelly Jensen (Brett), John Connell IV, Cameron Connell, Clarissa Connell, and Scott Raiger (Eriko). Additionally, she is survived by thirteen great-grandchildren; Cole Turner, Cade Turner, Ella Slowik, Maya Slowik, Leah Slowik, Kaleigh Bateman, Kyle Pearson, Kendall Pearson, Lana Raiger, Joseph Raiger, Roko Vrbanovic, Niko Vrbanovic, and Zeljko Vrbanovic.
