Frank A. Klick, age 86, of Chicago, passed away peacefully with family at his side on Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at Silver Cross Hospital, New Lenox. He is survived by his nieces and nephews; Colette (Leonard) Schrank, Charlene (Ronald) Yock, Paul (Pam) Durco, Dan (Pam) Klick, Don (Mary) Permoda, Tom Permoda, Tim (Teresa) Permoda, Joe Permoda, Michael Permoda, Bill Permoda, Pat (Patty) Permoda, a niece-in-law, Judy Mack, grand nieces and nephews and great grand nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Paulina (nee Graczyk) Klick, his siblings; Clarence Klick, Gertrude and Edward Klick (twins), Gertrude (Joe Mack and Paul Durco) Mack-Durco, Adelle (John) Wojciechowski, Edward (Josephine) Klick, Dorothy (Joe) Permoda, his nephew, Kenneth Mack, and his niece-in-law, Lydia Permoda and many long time friends of Chicago and friends and staff at Salem Village.
