Gary S. Heitman, age 66 of Manhattan, IL passed away with family by his side on Friday, April 2, 2021. He is survived by his brother Bob Heitman, daughters Emily Bartlett and Ciara Denton, son Karl, grandchildren Jayden, David, Brandon, Annalise, Jonathon and Vinny. Gary's sister-in-law Patricia also survives. Gary was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Gordon and Jerry Heitman and his sister-in-law Debra. Gary was a former member of the Teamsters Local 179 and was also a past employee of Green Garden Township. Funeral Visitation for Gary will take place on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 from 3:00 to 7:00 P.M. at Forsythe Gould Funeral Home located at 507 S. State St., Manhattan, IL 60442. Funeral Service will take place the following day Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. at the funeral home. Interment at Rose Hill Cemetery in Frankfort, IL will follow.
