Jerry is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Terry (Day) Clements. They met on a blind date in 1976. Anyone that knew them knew they were soulmates and they radiated love for each other. They were blessed with two children; Joshua Clements of Weeki Wachee, FL. and Kristen (Adam) Casner of Manhattan, IL. He was the proud Papa of three grandchildren; Ava, Anna and Eli Casner.

Jerry spent his career in the medical field caring for others and was amazing at what he did and developed strong friendships along the way.
He had a passion for music, singing since the age of 5 in church. He later was involved in the "Clements Quartet", "Headin West Band", "Just Us" Bluegrass band and his church praise and worship team.
He was a die-hard University of Alabama football fan and just about every outfit he wore had some reference to Alabama or the Crimson color, Roll Tide!
Jerry had many other interests which included spending time with family, hunting, camping, fishing and golf. He was looking forward to enjoying these things in retirement with Terry. He will be missed so dearly, but what better way to spend retirement than singing with his musical family in heaven.
