Janet Kay Pack, age 70, of Manhattan, passed away at the stroke of midnight on September 23, 2017 at Joliet Area Community Hospice Home with family at her side. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Danny Pack, her children, Dana (Mark) L'Ecuyer of Bourbonnais and D.A. (Amy) Pack of Peotone, three grandchildren Drew L'Ecuyer, Darby L'Ecuyer, and Andrew Pack, two sisters, Joyce Wright and Judy (Tom) Jones, two brothers-in-law, Gary (Cathy) Pack and Leroy (Evelyn) Pack and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Aline Durham and two brothers-in-law. Janet was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. She was an excellent cook and took great joy in caring for her family and taking care of her home. Funeral service for Janet pack will be 7:00 P.M., Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at Forsythe Gould Funeral Home. Visitation will be the same day from 3:00 P.M. until her time of service.
