Jeanne "GiGi" R. Gregg (nee Henry), age 96, died peacefully on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at home with family at her side. She is survived by her devoted daughter, Karyl (Gregory) Hobbs of Frankfort, her loving grandchildren; Julianne (Jayson) Polad, Brett (Tania Smith) Hobbs, and Andrea (Michael) Judge, and her ever present and filled with kisses and hugs great grandchildren; Maxton, Sawyer, and Paisley Polad, Luke and Jake Hobbs, and Thomas and Samantha Judge. Preceded in death by her loving husband, Joseph Gregg (1969), and her parents, Claude and Elda (nee Schroeder) Henry. Jeanne was a lifelong member of the Manhattan United Methodist Church. She enjoyed a good game of Bridge, traveling, knitting, fine dining, and animals. Jeanne could light up a room with her bright smile, her amazing stories and her incredible wisdom. While she enjoyed many things in life, her most precious memories were spent with her family; they brought her great joy, delight, and fulfillment. She will be missed more than words can say. Funeral service for Jeanne Gregg will be 11:00 a.m., Monday, January 26, 2015 at Manhattan United Methodist Church. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
