Jerry Gerard Hudak, age 69, of Downers Grove, IL, passed away with his loving family at his side on May 30, 2024. Survived by his brothers Vincent, Clifford, and Howard Hudak, his sister Janine Hudak, several nephews, nieces, great nieces and nephews, cousins, and close family friends. Preceded in death by his wife Joanne McKay-Hudak, whom he married on October 7, 1994, his parents Vincent Michael and Josephine Hudak, and his sister Nancy Faberardino.

Jerry graduated from Gravit High School in 1973. He attended Morraine Valley Community College and obtained numerous HVAC and electronic certifications to become an HVAC technician. Outside of his occupation, he enjoyed making and selling jewelry. He had a lot of love for nature, including fishing and fostering landscaping. He took pride in taking care of his lawn and raising his dogs Murphy, Beau, and Cooper. He also enjoyed tinkering with cars and electronics.

As per Jerry's wishes, rites of cremation have been carried out. A Celebration of Life will be held for him by the family on August 10, 2024, starting at 1:00 P.M. at La Dolce Vita of Lemont, IL.
