Joseph P. Boseo, age 69, of Manhattan, passed away on Monday, April 16, 2018 at Joliet Area Community Hospice House with his family at his side. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Karen (nee Patterson), three sons; Dan (Melanie), Andy (Kazia) and Joe (Tina), five grandchildren; Jack, Brooklyn, Brandon, Logan and Brynlee, one sister Patricia (Mike) Quigley, three brothers Louie, John (Toni) and Tom (Kathy), Father-in-law James Patterson and brothers and sisters-in-law Lonnie and Kathy McCollum and Craig and Cheri Patterson, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Preceded in death by his parents Louis and Marie Haley Boseo, one infant sister Ann Marie, mother-in-law Jan Patterson, sisters-in-law Linda and Vicki Boseo.
For the most part, Joe was involved with farming and sales of farm equipment, working for Stoller Case International in Hersher. Joe's life was full and busy with many interests and many friends. A long list of involvements and accomplishments could be written, but he requested that his death notice be short and sweet.
Funeral service for Joseph P. Boseo will be 9:30 am Friday, April 20, 2018, from Forsythe Gould Funeral Home, Manhattan, to St. Joseph Catholic Church, 235 West North St., Manhattan for 10:00 A.M.
