June Marilyn Gallaway (nee Krueger), age 78, of Manhattan, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 2, 2017 with family at her side. She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, James "Mike" Michael Gallaway, her children; Mike (Sharon) Gallaway, Tammy (Mark) Santangelo, Colleen Gallaway, Patrick (Debbie) Gallaway, Sean (Vicki) Gallaway and Timothy (Brenda) Gallaway, 12 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, her brother, Herb Krueger, her sister, Darlene Dewar, and numerous nieces, nephews and her two faithful canine companions, Little Guy and Buddy. June is preceded in death by her parents, Martin and Frieda Krueger, her son, Martin Gallaway, her twin sister, Jean Watts, two sisters, Margarite Burns and Elaine Krunkel, and two brothers, Don Krueger and Willis Krueger. June loved spending time with her family, floating in the river and looking at the mountains, and she enjoyed her time living in Arkansas. Visitation for June will be Monday, February 6, 2017 from 4-8:00 P.M. at Forsythe Gould Funeral Home, Manhattan, IL. Funeral service will be 10:30 A.M. Tuesday, February 7, 2017 from the funeral home in procession to St. Joseph Catholic Church, 235 West North Street, Manhattan, IL for 11:00 A.M. Mass of Christian Burial.
