Karen M. Randolph (nee Menzer), age 64, of Downers Grove, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 10, 2018 at Bria of Westmont Nursing Home. She is survived by her loving children; Jeff (Hillary) Randolph of Gurnee, Jennifer Turner of Lansing, and James (Amy) Randolph of Manhattan, her six grandchildren; Kaila, Steven, Gillian, Hunter, Jayden and Hailey, her four sisters; Shirley Menzer, Dorothy (Dave) Pecora, Sue (Chuck) Tortorello, Liz (Jim) Kauz, her two brothers Fred (Joyce) Menzer and Tim (Mary) Menzer and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents Fred and Marie Menzer, her husband Clyde Randolph and her brother Paul Menzer. Karen was a grade school teacher and taught at Hazel Crest District 152.5. She loved children and volunteered at the Frankfort Children's Museum. Karen enjoyed bowling among other activities but spending time with her grandchildren was her favorite thing to do, they were her universe. Visitation for Karen Randolph will be Monday, March 12, 2018 from 4-8:00 P.M. at Forsythe Gould Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, March 13, 2018 also at the funeral home.
