Kay was a die-hard lifelong democrat and a devout Catholic, an unlikely combination. A longtime member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Manhattan and St. Patrick Catholic Church, Seneca. Kay had many hobbies throughout her lifetime, some of which include white water rafting, horseback riding, gardening, painting, reading, sculpting and driving her John Deere tractor around the property. Kay would like to tell her fans, "So Long". In lieu of flowers, donations in Kay's name to Mayo Clinic by visiting, www.mayoclinic.org would be most appreciated.
