Kristine Jacobs of Manhattan, age 20, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, May 28, 2018. She is survived by her mother Jennifer Pilotto McGreevy and her step-father Kevin McGreevy of Manhattan, her son Leo Cartwright and Leo's father David Cartwright, her brother Vincent Jacobs, her sister Natalie Mary McGreevy, both of Manhattan, her maternal grandparents Jackie and Carl Kuester Of WI, her paternal grandmother Cynthia Jacobs-Wolf and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Preceded in death by her father Jon Jacobs, one infant sister Natalie, her paternal grandfather Jack Jacobs, and her great grandmother Mary Varallo. Kristine was a graduate of Lincoln-Way Central High School class of 2015. She had a passion for cosmetology and had a true talent with make-up. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece and friend who left this world all too soon. Visitation for Kristine will be Sunday, June 3, 2018 from 2-8:00 P.M. at Forsythe Gould Funeral Home. Funeral service will begin with prayers at 9:30 A.M., Monday, June 4, 2018 at the funeral home, then in procession to St. Joseph Catholic Church, 235 West North St. Manhattan, for 10:00 A.M.
