Litta (Eden) Hansen, age 81, of Wilton Center, passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, January 28, 2021. She is survived by her loving children: Jodie (Rodney) Antonides of Joliet, Wendy (Ed) Hansen-Smith of Columbus, OH, Becky (Dean) Pearson of Shrewsbury, PA, Kristi (Kelly) Schroeder of Ft. Collins, CO, Amy (Gary) Hansen-Malek of Kansas City, MO and Jeremy Hansen of Manhattan, IL; twelve grandchildren: Trevor, Melissa, Ama, Olive, Abby, Dalton, Joelle, Revathi, Adahlee, Tikvah, Justus and Andrew; one sister: Irene (Roger) Younghusband; one brother: Robert Eden, Jr.; and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her loving husband of 55 years, Wilbur "Skip" Hansen, her parents Robert and Audrey (Attaway) Eden, and her parents-in-law Lars and Grace (Gerland) Hansen. Litta was born and raised in Wilton Center, IL. She worked as an office assistant after high school. Litta married Skip in 1963 and attended Olivet Nazarene College for a few semesters. She was a wonderful mother to her 6 children and drove a school bus for 28 years so she could work part time and still be home for her children. She loved her flower gardens, spending time with her grandchildren and children, and traveling when she could. Litta also enjoyed being an active member of the Will County Farm Bureau Prime Timers, where she attended many events with her friend Caroline Hiller.
