Lorraine Cole was born on October 25, 1940 in Linefork, KY. She was the daughter of late Lem and Minnie Smith. Survived by one brother, Harold Smith and two sisters Mary Sue Ison and Shirley McKnight, son, Dale Cole of FL, daughters Deborah Lamb of TN, Bonnie (Joi Dubin) Cole of FL, Donna (Bryan) Fabian of TX, Jennifer Jackson of Marseilles, eleven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Proceeded in death by her loving husband of 48 years Paul E. Cole, her daughter Holly Ann Pattenade, brother Bobby, sisters Irene, Polly, Gladys, Marie and Mossy, and her faithful canine friend Daisy. Lorraine and Paul married in 1971. Lorraine and her family enjoyed spending time at their park model on Kentucky Lake. Boating, water sports, and campfires were good memories for their family. Lorraine was one of the toughest women we have ever seen. She struggled for years with a multitude of health problems and never lost her dignity. She will be remembered for her heart of gold. Lorraine went to meet our lord and savior and join her beloved husband Paul on Monday, December 27, 2021. Lorraine will forever be missed and always in the hearts of those that loved her.
