LuAnne Gagliano (nee Potempa), age 68, passed away on Saturday, June 18, 2022, with her loving family at her side. She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Joseph, children, Gina (John) Luna, David (Jackie Pondel), Joseph III (Courtney), grandchildren, Stephen, Colby and Drake Sabia, Haley, Joseph IV, Noah and Benjamin Gagliano and one great-grandchild, Eva. Brothers, Richard (Linda) Potempa, Robert (Deborah) Potempa and Gerald (Denise) Potempa, in-laws, Harry Beilfus and Patrick (Janine Denning) Gagliano also survive. LuAnne was also a fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Dolores Potempa and sister-in-law, Joan Beilfus. LuAnne attended Lourdes High School in Chicago. She was a dedicated realtor for 28 years. LuAnne was an avid shopper and enjoyed cooking, gardening, playing sudoku and solving many crossword puzzles. She also enjoyed the many trips to her family's northwoods home in northern Michigan as well as trips to Disney World. LuAnne also loved to research her genealogy but what brought her most joy was attending the numerous activities her grandchildren were involved in over the years. Private services for LuAnne were held. In lieu of flowers, memorials in LuAnne's name to the American Cancer Society would be most appreciated.
