Maureen G. "Mo" Deaville (nee Scarth), age 73, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, November 4, 2023. Born May 4, 1950 in Joliet to George and Kathleen (nee Comfort) Scarth. Mo was a homemaker and cook for many years at Fritz's in Manhattan and earned the nick name, "Taco Queen". She loved spending time in Isla Morada in the Florida Keys, biking, and spending time with family and friends. She built many great memories over the years. Maureen graduated from Lincoln-Way Central class of 1968. Preceded in death by her parents, her daughter Julie Deaville and daughter-in-law Bonnie Deaville. Survived by her devoted husband of 51 years Michael Deaville and her children Thomas (late Bonnie) Deaville, Megan (Mike Perley) Deaville and Martin (Jillian) Deaville, granddaughters Lucy and Maisie Deaville, step grandson Nicholas Niner, brother Tom Scarth, sister Georgia (John) Embrechts and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. At Mo's request, no visitation or funeral will be held. Mo will be laid to rest at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL.
