Olga Wilhoite, age 78, of Hickory Hills passed away peacefully at Miller Nursing and Rehab in Kankakee on Sunday, March 24, 2024 with her loving family at her side. Survived by her daughter Jaime (Brian) Finkelstein, sister Dagmar (Larry) Sandbach, brother Karl (Sharon) Tillisch, sister-in-law Barb Kumm and nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents John and Magaret (nee Mayor) Tillisch, her husband Everett Wilhoite (2023), and her brother Bob Kumm. Olga is a graduate of Hyde Park High School. After high school, Olga worked at Carson Pirie Scott in sales until retirement. Olga enjoyed gardening and shopping but above all, she enjoyed spending time with her family and her cats. Visitation for Olga will take place on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 from 10:00 – 11:30 A.M. at Forsythe Gould Funeral Home. Funeral service will take place the same morning at 11:30 A.M. also at the funeral home.
