Patrick G Sledge, 74, of Joliet, IL, went home to be with the Lord Saturday, April 24, 2021, at Sunny Hill Nursing Home, Joliet, IL. He was born November 24, 1946 in Welch, WV, the son of the late James & Marie Sledge. He was the father of James (Jenny) Sledge and Jeffrey (Meggan) Sledge. Grandfather of 3 grandchildren, Peyton (Logan) Belcher, Drew Sledge and Lincoln Sledge. He also leaves a brother Jim K (Lynette) Sledge and sister Susan (late Raymond) Cole in addition to nephews, nieces and friends. Family and friends are invited to attend the committal service at 10:30am on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, 20953 W Hoff Rd, Elwood, IL.
