Obituary

Paul E. Cole, age 84, of Beecher, passed away on Friday, October 25, 2019. He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years Lorraine (nee Smith), his son, Dale Cole of FL, his daughters Deborah Lamb of TN, Bonnie (Joi Dubin) Cole of FL, Donna (Bryan) Fabian of TX, Jennifer Jackson of Marseilles, eleven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, one brother Donald (Jo Ann) Cole, one sister Alice Boortz and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents Paul and Opal (nee Gowler) Cole and his daughter Holly Ann Pattenade (2012). Paul grew up in Mahomet, IL and married Lorraine in 1971. He drove a truck for the majority of his life retiring at age 81. Paul and his family enjoyed spending time at their park model on Kentucky Lake. Boating, water sports, and campfires were good memories for their family. He had a heart of gold and never knew a stranger. His sweet spirit was tangible the minute he walked into a room. Paul was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and brother and he will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Funeral services will be 12:00 Noon, Saturday, November 2, 2019 at Jackson Creek Fellowship Church 25800 S. Center Rd., Monee, IL 60449 (Green Garden Campus) with Pastor Jason Workman officiating. Visitation will be from 9:00 A.M. until the time of service also at the church. There will be no services at the funeral home. Private Interment at a later date. Forsythe Gould Funeral Home, 507 S.
