Phillip M. Nevills, age 78, of Oak Lawn, passed on February 11, 2021, his wedding anniversary, at Tarzana, CA. He is survived by his wife of 58 years Carol nee Drucker, three daughters; Kristine Nevills, Beth Ann (Michael) Misunas and Evelyn (Michael) Sheckler, four grandchildren; Janelle, Phillip, Harrison and Michael Lee, four sisters; Margaret Nevills, Mary Ellen McCoy, Ann (John) Moretti and Rita Berndt. One sister-in-law Penelope Nevills also survives. Preceded in death by his parents Harold and Rita nee McAllister and one brother Harold Joseph Nevills. Phillip grew up in Oak Lawn and drove a truck for many years. He belonged to the Teamsters Locals 705 and 710. He was a parishioner of St. Geralds in Oak Lawn. Phillip's 2nd most favorite thing to do was to aggravate people, and he was very good at it. He wasn't afraid to tell anyone that he was a Proud Conservative Republican. But what he enjoyed most in life was spending time with his kids and grandkids. Funeral service for Phillip M. Nevills will be 7:00 pm Friday, March 12, 2021, at Forsythe Gould Funeral Home, 507 South State Street, Manhattan. Visitation same day, 3:00 pm until time of service.
