Randy C. Bankroff, age 60, of Lockport, passed away peacefully at home on June 6, with family at his side, after a courageous fight against cancer. Survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Dawn, and his daughters, Ashley (Andrew Vail) and Kori (Matt Walick), his cherished grandchildren Wyatt and Riley, his loving parents, Ernie and Ardis Bankroff, of Elwood, his sister Lynn Marshall, niece Ryane Schumann, and his in-laws Janet and Dean Berryman. Randy loved fishing, camping, and watching football, especially The Ohio State Buckeyes and one of his favorite places to visit was Wisconsin. He will be dearly missed by family and friends but never forgotten. Funeral service for Randy will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 10, 2015, at Forsythe Funeral Home with Pastor Carrie Capral officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday, June 9, from 4-8:00p.m. Interment Brown Cemetery, Elwood. Memorials in Randy's name to the American Cancer Society would be most appreciated.
