Thomas C. Reynolds Jr. was born on May 10, 1965 and passed away on August 4, 2020. He is preceded in death by his parents Thomas C. Reynolds Sr. and Barbara (Kowalski) Reynolds. He is survived by his children Richard Flores, Stephanie (Matthew) Darnell, Emily Reynolds and Thomas "Tommy" C. Reynolds III. Thomas is also survived by his siblings Edward (Dawn) Reynolds, Daniel, James, Margaret and Catherine as well as nieces Stephanie Reynolds, Ally Reynolds, Carley Reynolds and nephew Eddie Reynolds. Born in Blue Island, Thomas graduated from Marian Catholic High School and received his degree from Governors State University. He was employed at Ritter Engineering and moved to California in 1992 where he worked for Fresno County. He retired from Fresno United School District as a school purchaser in 2009. Thomas enjoyed watching the Dallas Cowboys, Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bulls. He maintained that his children were his number one priority. A private gathering in Thomas's honor was held by his family.
