William "Billy" Gallagher, age 55, of Coconut Creek, Fl, formerly of Manhattan, passed away on June 26, 2015. He is survived by three sisters, Colleen (Ron) Stetzel, Peggy (Keith) Yunker and Katie (Terry) Allocco, two brothers, Michael and Tim Gallagher, and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, William Jr. and Shirley Gallagher. Billy graduated from Peotone High School class of 1977, he moved to Coconut Creek, Fl when he was 22 where he opened up his own Concrete Company called Gallagher Brothers. He loved nature and enjoyed taking pictures of scenery, especially sunsets. Billy had many hobbies including being a musician, but he will be most remembered for his talent of storytelling. A memorial service to honor his life will be Thursday, August 13, 2015 from 6-9:00 p.m. at Parmesans Station in Tinley Park with special words of remembrance at 7:30 p.m. In Lieu of flowers, memorials in Billy's name to Catholic Hospice, 14875 North West 77th Ave., Miami Lakes, Fl 33016 would be most appreciated.
